Nokomis Cottage

Nokomis Cottage offers a large covered front porch with lake views of 4^th Lake. A private, wooded side yard includes a campfire pit, picnic table, and Weber charcoal grill. Easy access to the waterfront that includes kayaks, canoes, ADK chairs, and dock space for your boat.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking and serving meals; the table is large and will accommodate your entire group.

A knotty pine living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a “smart” T.V. Internet and Spectrum cable are included.

Nokomis Cottage accomodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All beds have mattress covers, blankets, and pillows. Guests bring their own sheet sets, bath towels, beach towels, and dish towels.

Fall 2026 (9/7 – 11/30): $375/night (plus 8.25% sales tax and 3% credit card fee)

Spring 2027 (4/1 – 5/31): $340/night (plus 8.25% sales tax and 3% credit card fee)

June 2027 (6/1 – 6/25): $375/night (plus 8.25% sales tax and 3% credit card fee)

Summer Weekly Rates 2027 (6/26 – 9/5): $2,625 (plus 8.25% sales tax, pay by check only)
