Our Policies

• Pets:
We love them, but for many reasons we cannot accommodate pets on the property.
• Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund of the deposit, we must receive notice of the cancellation from the Guest at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Cancellations less than 30 days: we will make every effort to rent the cottage, if we are unable to rent the property the Guest shall forfeit the deposit.
