Our Policies

• Pets:
We love them, but for many reasons who cannot accommodate pets on the property.
• Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund of the deposit, we must receive notice of the cancellation from the Guest at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Cancellations less than 30 days: we will make every effort to rent the cottage, if we are unable to rent the property the Guest shall forfeit the deposit.

The FJ Four Seasons LLC and Adirondack Inspirations, LLC together called Four Seasons Cottages, are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and NY State Health Dept. guidelines and mandates to the best of our ability.
