  • What amenities are available in the cottages and on the grounds?
    • All cottages have the following amenities: cable TV, Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils, beds have pillows/mattress covers/comforters, charcoal barbecue, porch or deck, picnic table and campfire pit.
    • The grounds include: a large swim area with floating dock; dock space for your boat; canoes, kayaks, life jackets, and sand toys for your use; swing set/play area.
  • Are pets allowed? We do love pets, but for various reasons we have a NO pet policy (with the exception of service pets.)
  • Does Four Seasons Cottages require a deposit?
    • We require one night’s rent as a deposit for spring and fall, 50% of the weekly rent for summer, per agreed upon contract for winter.
  • When is the balance of the rent due? For summer/spring/fall rentals the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. For winter the balance will be due as agreed upon in the contract.
  • What are the check in and check out times?
    • Summer check-out time is 10am. The check-in time is 2pm. Please do not arrive before 2pm. We need these 4 hours to make repairs and prepare the cottages and grounds. Off season check-out times depend upon bookings and we offer some flexibility. Please check with us.
  • What do I need to bring?
    • Sheets and pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, charcoal, and paper products.
  • Can I use my cell phone?
    • Reception at the cottages in not 100% reliable. However most cell phones will have good reception at the lake front.
  • Is WiFi Available?
    • Yes, each cottage has wireless internet. The password is posted on the refrigerator.
  • Where can I park my boat trailer?
    • You may park your boat trailer in the upper parking lot.
  • Can I dock my boat at the waterfront?
    • Yes, you are allowed one docking slip. If you require more than one slip please contact us.
  • How many cars can I bring?
    • Each camp is allotted 2 parking spaces in the main parking area. There is ample parking for extra cars in the upper lot as you enter the Four Seasons property.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Since we are a modestly sized lodging destination, cancellations impact us significantly. If your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 60 before your arrival date, will result in a forfeit of the deposit. If we are able to re-rent the cottage, your deposit will be returned minus the $50 cancellation fee. If a “no-show” you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
